The conference registration form is an Adobe PDF fill-in form. You can type the information online then print the application, however, unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you will not be able to save the form. To begin entering information, click the hand tool on your tool bar and click into the first field. When you see the blinking cursor, you can start typing in the information into that field. Simply hit the tab button to move between fields. To clear all of the fields in the application, click the reset button at the bottom of the form. When you are finished entering information, click the printer icon on your toolbar to print.

Cancellations received by Friday, September 10, 2010 will receive a full refund.
