Room Reservations

Hotel reservations should be made online directly with the hotel by clicking here. The link to the hotel reservation page will automatically provide the special conference rate. However, if this is not the case, please make sure to include the group rate code (inrinra) to obtain the Inflammation Research Association room rate. We suggest that you make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability of rooms. Unreserved rooms remaining in our block will be released on August 18, 2010. Availability and rates are not guaranteed after that date.

Room rate is $235 per night plus applicable state tax and local taxes (currently 9%) for a single or double room. A deposit of $249 (taxes included) will be required.

From Airport - Washington, DC/Dulles - IAD

• Hotel direction: 7.0 miles South

  • Exit Dulles International Airport Toll Road

  • Take Route 28 South, 7 Miles to Westfields Blvd.

  • Bear Right onto Westfields Blvd. West exit

  • Turn Right onto Stonecroft Blvd.

  • Continue North on Route 28 for 1.5 miles and bear Right onto Westfields Blvd. West Exit.

  • Bear Right onto Westfields Blvd. to first intersection, Stonecroft Blvd.

  • Turn right onto Stonecroft Blvd. to first traffic light.

  • Turn left onto Conference Center Dr.

From Airport - Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport - BWI

• Hotel direction: 65.0 miles SouthWest

  • Take Airport Exit and follow signs to I-95 South.

  • Continue on I-95 South for 19.9 miles to I-495 West.

  • Once on I-495 West, Capital Beltway outer loop, travel 22.5 miles to I-66 West.

  • Continue on I-66 West for 11.6 Miles to Exit 53B, Route 28 North - Dulles Airport.

  • Drive North on Route 28, 1.5 miles to Westfields Blvd.

  • Bear Right onto Westfields Blvd. West Exit to first intersection, Stonecroft Blvd.

  • Turn right onto Stonecroft Blvd. to first traffic light. Turn left onto Conference Center Dr.

Airport Shuttle Information

Transportation To/From Dulles International Airport (IAD) to the Westfields Marriott is $15.00 (USD) per person each way and requires Advance Reservations. Shuttle service is provided between 5:30 am and 11:00 pm daily on the hour and the half hour only. Based on the flight information you provide, the shuttle will be available on the hour and the half hour (i.e. 10:30, 11:00) closest to your arrival time.

The pick-up area is curbside 2H outside of baggage claim. There are multiple Marriott Hotels that utilize 2H so guests should ensure that they wait for the Westfields Marriott shuttle. For departures from the hotel, please provide departure details to the Front Desk or Bell Desk at least 8 hours prior to your departure time.
