Midwest Neuroinflammation Presentations Available
Dear IRA Members:
The IRA and Eli Lilly and Co. recently cosponsored the Midwest
Neuroinflammation Symposium in Indianapolis, IN. This symposium brought
together a group of internationally recognized experts in the field of
neuroinflammation and neuroimmunology to discuss the latest research on the
role of neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's
Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Amyotrophic Lateral
Sclerosis. The two day symposium included plenary overviews of Neuroimmunology
and Neuroinflammation, lectures on CNS cytokines, chemokines, and microglia and
imaging/biomarker technology in neuroinflammatory diseases.
Many of the invited speakers have agreed to make their presentations available
to the meeting participants. Due to the size of these presentations, email
distribution is not viable.
